Meet Charity!

Captain

Special OPS Trainer

I am a mother of three, college student, and incessant scrapbooker. I began scrapbooking photos in 2007 but have been papercrafting ever since I could manipulate scissors. My favorite technique is fussy cutting and I revel in combining colors and textures. I enjoy following sketches and discovering new ways to use common scrapping items. I alternate between a shabby chic style when I am scrapping my girls' photos and a tailored layering style when I am scrapping my son's photos. My favorite manufacturers are Webster's Pages, My Mind's Eye, and DCWV; and I would be completely lost without my scissors, sewing machine, and paper piercer!

Meet Melinda!

Hi! My name is Melinda. I live in Oklahoma with my very scrap supportive husband of almost 19 years. We have two children, Aubrey and Levi, who inspire me to create each and every day. I have been a "serious" scrapbooking addict for about 10 years, but have dabbled in arts and crafts my whole life. It's been fun to be on this ever changing journey of scrapbooking. I love to try new items and products, and I love to learn new techniques! Besides layouts, I love to make mini albums and cards. I am so excited to be a part of this team!

Here are 3 of Melinda's favorite Projects, You can see why we are lucky to have her training our team.

Meet Nicole!

I'm a single gal living in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I'm anything but a morning person; therefore, you'll find me crafting late at night with coffee in hand. I fell in love with card making and scrapbooking about 3 years ago after taking a job designing for a paper arts store. Beyond paper, I love to paint, draw, and sew. I call myself an arts and crafts floozy. I'm so excited to be a part of this new team!

Meet Jenessa!

Hi! I'm Jenessa, and I live in Southern California with my husband Noé, our son Santiago and our daughter Paolina. I first discovered scrapbooking in high school, and I made my first album using construction paper and rubber cement…an archival disaster! Fast forward to the present and I've become seriously passionate about this constantly evolving art. My passion has also crossed over into cardmaking and altered art. Having always endeavored in arts & crafts such as drawing, painting and cross-stitching, paper crafting has been such a natural progression for me. My husband has been incredibly supportive of my hobby obsession, by allowing me to use an entire room of our house as my own personal studio and hanging out with the kids when I need some creative therapy.

Here is three of Jenessa's Favorite Projects...See how lucky we are to have her on our team!

Meet Michele!

I’m Michele and I live in Utah with my husband and 2-year old daughter. I started scrapping the way many of us do, looking at my daughter’s photos and trying to figure out what to do with all of them. I initially thought I’d just make a first year scrapbook as a sort of baby book, but once I gave scrapbooking a try, I was hooked! I also love card making and stamping. You can find me at my desk crafting almost every night after I finish up my day job. I get tons of inspiration by participating in blog challenges, so I truly hope I can inspire you as part of the S.W.A.T. team!

Meet Lisa!

Hi! I am so excited to be joining the S.W.A.T. team. I have been married to my darling husband ( he''ll love being called that!) for almost 20 years and have two boys. Nathan is 15 and started high school this year. Chris is 13 and is in junior high. They are incredible kids. I have been lucky enough to be a stay at home mom since they were born and love that I can still do that at this busy stage of their lives. I started scrapbooking shortly after my oldest was born. My style has definitely evolved from there. I would classify myself as having mostly a clean style though I love to add embellishments and try new techniques.

Meet Alison!

Hi, my name is Alison Day and I am super excited to be a part of this new challenge blog. I am a wife (ten years now!) and mother of 3 little girls aged 8, 6 and 3. They are my usual targets subjects for my layouts. Right now they love seeing themselves on the page and on my blog but I know that may change as they get older so I'm trying to take full advantage of it while I can. I absolutely love to be creative! Finding scrapbooking 4 years ago has opened up my world in so many wonderful ways. I mainly have a clean and simple style but I love to experiment so you may see some messier, grungier and more distressed looks from me every now and then.

Meet Becci !

I started crafts as a child, and specifically Scrapbooking after my first daughter was born, almost 6 years ago. I had so many photos and I wanted to do something with them. I had no idea how involved I would become in paper crafts. I do many types of crafts but paper crafts I do most often - I make many cards each month for friends and family birthdays.
My favorite type of projects are gift projects - from cards to altered projects. I am a huge fan of October Afternoon, they're my favorite manufacturer.

Here are a few of  Becci's
Favorite projects, you can see why we are happy to have her on the team.
